For Jump the Q to provide the required services it is necessary to obtain some personal details of our customers, such as name, address, phone number etc.
Such information will be asked to be provided by clients when they register for our services, make an enquiry or make a purchase.

This includes (but not limited to) contacting clients regarding details of the event they wish to purchase, rescheduling, cancelling or changes in details of an event and processing payments by credit card.

Jump The Q will not sell, lease, rent or trade client’s personal details. In the normal course of operation Jump the Q may be required to disclose some personal details of clients to a venue so as to facilitate the collection of tickets by our clients at the venue or so as to facilitate the clients being able to have a table at a pre dinner function reserved in their name at the venue. In such circumstances Jump The Q will require that such a third party comply with the requirements of the National Privacy Principles.
In certain circumstances Jump The Q may be required by law to disclose personal details of our clients. In such an event, Jump The Q will abide by the directions of the relevant State or Federal Government body.
