Please read the Terms and Conditions of use carefully. By using or visiting this site, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. If you choose not to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use then Jump The Q does not grant you the right to use the site and you must not use this site.

Jump The Q is an independently owned and operated business. Any mention to specific events herein is made only for the purpose of unmistakable identification and reference of potential purchases by customers of Jump The Q and reference to an event is not intended to imply nor should it be understood or assumed that Jump The Q is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organisers, promoter, artist, venue and/or sponsors of the events herein.
The offering of all services on this site, such as but not limited to hotel rooms, restaurants, hospitality, transportation, ticketing to concert, sporting and theatre events are provided on the understanding that Jump The Q is acting as a go between (agent) for suppliers of said services and products which are not directly supplied by Jump The Q.
 By using this site you agree to not copy, duplicate, download, publish or distribute any content of this site other than for you own personal use.

All prices for tickets, packages or other services provided by Jump The Q are subject to change until bookings are confirmed in writing. Due to ticketing and dinner pre-payment by event suppliers upon receiving your booking request form your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your confirmed event date cannot be transferred to an alternative date. Payment is required as per the terms specified on your invoice. Although Jump The Q maintains its utmost ability to ensure arrangements are of the highest standards, information, cast and event dates are subject to change. Services provided in conjunction with tickets, packages, events or other Jump The Q services are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of Jump The Q. Jump The Q is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or performers therefore Jump The Q does not accept liability for the acts, omissions, cancellations, or defaults of those providing services in connection to packages, tickets or any other product supplied by Jump The Q. Further Jump The Q does not accept liability for any injury, loss, delay, additional expenses or cancellations/change of date which are beyond the control of Jump The Q. Furthermore, Jump The Q shall not be held responsible for the delivery results of tickets mailed, expressed delivered or couriered. Buyers agree not to hold Jump The Q, Pty Ltd. liable for any acts of God.
In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed you will be refunded the amount paid in full, less any service and handling fees. Jump The Q reserves the right to retain any service fees and charges incurred on securing hotel, hospitality and transfers arrangements including but not limited to deposits paid and forfeited. 

For postponed/rescheduled events, no exchanges, or refunds will be made, tickets are valid for the new date. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets or packaged elements (hotel, hospitality and transfers). All sales are final.
The price printed on the ticket will not equal the sale price, which reflects the cost of finding and obtaining premium or sold out seating. Shipping costs and a service charge will be added to the total sale price on all orders.
Should Jump The Q not be able to provide specific seat selection confirmation at the time of your booking, Jump The Q will still guarantee that you will receive seats for whichever seat category you choose to purchase.  Specific seat locations will be finalised closer to the event and will be confirmed on your ticket(s). 
In the event of tickets being lost or stolen customers must produce proof of their original purchase prior to Jump The Q seeking replacement of said lost ticket(s). Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and or ticket agents lost ticket replacement terms and conditions. Jump The Q reserves the right to charge an administration fee if new ticket needs to be issued.

In the event that the lost or stolen ticket is for general admission (non-allocated seating) Jump The Q reserves the right not to replace such tickets.

Any and all tickets, packages or other services sold by Jump The Q must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online internet auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Jump The Q utilises information provided by third party companies in the promotion of its services, packages and other products. All attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. Alterations and amendments can occur. Jump The Q cannot be held responsible.

Jump The Q does not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
All prices quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Jump The Q may vary these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By continuing to use the site after the Terms and conditions of use have been varied you agree to be bound by the variation.
